【摘要】 目的 提高对重型颅脑损伤临床诊治认识。方法 报告 102例重型颅脑损伤的治疗结果。结果 手术治疗98例,非手术治疗 4例,结果优良 76例, 例术后好转,中残 6例,重残 6例,植物状态 3例,死亡 10例。结论 重型颅脑 1损伤应重视早期有效抢救,及早手术,预防并发症,可提高救治成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the clinical theory of diagnosis and treatment of severe intracranial injury. Methods Clomocal data of 102 cases of intracranial injury patients were analyzed. Results 98 of 102 cases were treated with operation, 4 cases not with operation. 76 of 96 cases became excellent, 1 case became better, 6 cases were half deformity, 6 cases were severe deformity, 3 cases were auto monic merve. Conclusion Severe intracranial injured patients should be diagnosed, rescued and given operation immediately to improve the effect of treatment and prognosis. [更多还原
