【摘要】 目的 观察格拉司琼用于预防术后 PCA 所致恶心呕吐的效果。方法 100例硬膜外麻醉下行下肢手术术后均行病人自控硬膜外吗啡镇痛( PCEM A 的患者随机分为 2组,每组 50例。Ⅰ组为格拉司琼组, 组为对照组,进行临床 ) Ⅱ分析。结果 格拉司琼组的恶心呕吐发生率为 16.7%,对照组的恶心呕吐发生率为 53.2%,格拉司琼组的恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05) 。结论 格拉司琼应用于术后 PCA 能降低恶心呕吐的发生率,提高 PCA 的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of granisetron on prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting caused by patient- controlled analgesia(PCA).Methods 100 patients undergoing operation of lower limbs accepted patient- controlled epidural morphine analgesia (PCEMA) were studied.They were randomly divided into 2 groups: group Ⅰ ( gransteron group 50 cases) and group Ⅱ (control group 50 cases). Clinical analysis was performed on them.Results The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 16.7% and 53.2% , respectively.There was a significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative PCA with granisetron may reduce the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting and improve the quality of PCA.
