【摘要】 目的　了解胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 2 (IGFBP 2 )在不同级别脑胶质瘤中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法　采用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)和免疫组织化学方法 ,对 3 0例脑胶质瘤IGFBP 2mRNA和蛋白的表达情况进行研究。结果　低级别胶质瘤的IGFBP 2mRNA平均水平为 2 8.6% (8%～ 3 8% ) ,而高级别的平均mRNA为 3 9.3 6% (12 %～ 5 9% ) ;低级别胶质瘤IGFBP 2平均标记指数 (MLS =1.0 0 0 )也明显低于高级别胶质瘤 (MLS =2 .12 9)。结论　IGFBP 2mRNA及蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤的恶性程度呈正相关 ,提示IGFBP 2在脑肿瘤的恶性转化、肿瘤坏死及转移中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-2 (IGFBP-2) in the cerebral glioma.Methods The expression of IGFBP-2 mRNA and the protein was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry technique in 30 cases of cerebral glioma.Results The mean IGFBP-2 mRNA level in higher grade glioma was 39.36% (12%-59%) and that of lower grade glioma was 28.6% (8%-38%) ( P <0.05);The mean labeling score (MLS) of the lower grade glioma (MLS=1.000) was also lower than that of higher grade glioma (MLS=2.129) ( P < 0.01). Conclusion The level of expression of IGFBP-2 mRNA and the protein was positively related to the grade of malignancy of the tumors.These data suggest that IGFBP-2 may play an important role in the processes of malignant transformation,tumor necrosis and metastasis of brain tumor.更多还原
