氯戊米特对逆行胰胆管造影术后胰腺功能的影响
Effect of cholecystokinin-receptor antagonist lorglumide on the pancreas function of Post-ERCP in rat
【摘要】 目的 探讨氯戊米特对逆行胰胆管造影 (ERCP)术后胰腺功能的影响。方法 比较对照组 (S组 )、ERCP组 (E组 )及氯戊米特组 (L组 )急性胰腺炎的发生率、血浆胆囊收缩素八肽(CCK OP)、血淀粉酶及胰腺组织的病理变化。结果 E组并发急性胰腺炎 1例 ,S组及L组均无急性胰腺炎发生。E组术后 4h血清淀粉酶及血浆CCK OP均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后 2 4h血浆CCK OP与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但血清淀粉酶仍明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。L组术后 4h血清淀粉酶及血浆CCK OP均明显高于S组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但与E组对比明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。术后 2 4h血清淀粉酶及血浆CCK OP与S组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 氯戊米特可有效抑制CCK OP的作用 ,保护ERCP术后胰腺的功能 ,减轻酶血症 ,预防急性胰腺炎的发生。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of cholecystokinin-receptor antagonist Lorglumide on the pancreas function of post-ERCP in rat.MethodsThe occurrent rate of post-ERCP acute pancreatitis,the contents of cholecystokinin-octapeptide(CCK-OP),amylase in plasma were compared among the control group (S group),ERCP group (E group) and Lorglumide group (L group).Morphological changes of pancreas were also evaluated under microscopy.ResultsAcute pancreatitis occurred in one case in group E,but no acute pancreatitis occurred in group L and S.The contents of CCK-OP and amylase in plasma were increased significantly in group E as compared with group S at 4 h after operation ( P < 0.05).The amylase in plasma was increased significantly ( P <0.05),but the contents of CCK-OP had no significant change ( P >0.05) in group E as compared with group S at 24 h after operation.The contents of CCK-OP and amylase in plasma were increased significantly in group L as compared with group S and depressed significantly as compared with group E at 4 h after operation ( P <0.05).ConclusionLorglumide can block the action of cholecystokinin-octapeptide,depress the hyperamylasemia and prevent the occurrence of pancreatitis of post-ERCP.
