【摘要】 目的　探讨急性胰腺炎 (AP)大鼠心功能和心肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (cTnI)的改变及其机制。方法　以 5 %牛磺胆酸钠胰胆管注射 (1ml/kg)制成大鼠急性胰腺炎模型 ,检测AP大鼠左心室收缩末压 (LVESP)、左心室压力变化率最大值 (±dp/dtmax)、cTnI、血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) α和淀粉酶的变化 ,探讨AP大鼠心功能和cTnI的改变及其机制。结果　术前大鼠LVSP和±dp/dt分别为 (15 .5± 1.4)kPa、(5 3 7.2± 70 .4)和 (4 0 2 .7± 5 1.3 )kPa/s ,AP大鼠LVSP和±dp/dtmax呈进行性下降 ,1、2、3h时LVSP和±dp/dt分别为 (13 .8± 1.2 )kPa、(3 88.8± 42 .6)和 (2 5 1.2± 2 4.7)kPa/s ;(11.9± 0 .8)kPa、(2 85 .8± 2 7.9)和 (172 .5± 12 .4)kPa/s ;(10 .2± 0 .7)kPa、(10 7.9± 2 0 .5 )和 (12 6.9± 9.6)kPa/s ,各时间段比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时伴有血清TNF α、和淀粉酶升高 ;3h后cTnI明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　AP大鼠心功能进行性降低 ,cTnI升高 ,心肌受损 ,TNF α可能介导了其过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of cardiac function and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in rats with acute pancreatitis (AP).Methods AP was induced in rats by retrograde infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate into the pancteatobiliary duct (1 ml/kg).Cardiac function was investigated by inspecting the left ventricular end-systolic (LVESP),left ventricular maximum positive and negative dp/dt (+/- dp/dt).Plasma tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),cTnI and amylase were also detected.Results The LVESP and +/- dp/dt of rats with AP were decreased constantly.The level of LVESP and +/- dp/dt at 1 h was (13.8±1.2) kPa,(388.8±42.6) kPa/s and (251.2±24.7) kPa/s,and (11.9± 0.8) kPa,(285.8±27.9) kPa/s and (172.5±12.4) kPa/s at 2 h,(10.2±0.7) kPa,(107.9±20.5) kPa/s and (126.9± 9.6) kPa/s at 3 h respectively,and plasma TNF-αand amylase was increased.There was significant difference before operation and 1 h,2 h,3 h after operation.cTnI was increased significantly after 3 h (P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac function of rats with AP was decreased constantly,cTnI increased significantly after 3 h,and myocarida were injured.TNF-α might mediate this process.更多还原
