应用前臂交锁髓内钉治疗前臂骨折

【摘要】 目的 探讨应用前臂交锁髓内钉治疗前臂骨折的手术疗效。方法  2 0 0 1年 10月至 2 0 0 2年10月 ,应用Smith&Nephew公司生产的前臂交锁髓内钉治疗前臂骨折 12例 ;其中男 8例 ,女 4例 ;年龄 2 6至 71岁 ,平均 52岁。前臂尺、桡骨双骨折 8例 ,尺骨骨折 2例 ,桡骨骨折 2例。 12例中多段骨折 5例 ,陈旧性骨折骨不连 1例。结果 术后随访 2~ 16个月 ,平均 5个月。术后无病例发生伤口感染及出现髓内钉断裂或松动。 12例的骨折均完全骨性愈合 ,愈合时间平均为 3个月。按Berton评定标准 ,本组优 7例 ,良 4例 ,中 1例。优良率达到 91.67%。结论 应用前臂交锁髓内钉治疗前臂骨折 ,具有手术损伤小 ,固定牢固等优点 ,是治疗前臂骨折较理想的手术方法

【Abstract】 ObjectiveWe used forearm intramedullary locking nail to treat th e patients of forearm fractures and observed the effect. MethodsFrom October 20 01 to October 2002, 12 patients of forearm fractures were treated by using forea rm intramedullary locking nail (Smith & Nephew, USA). There were 8 males and 4 f emales. Patients’ age ranged from 26 to 71 years, with an average of 52. There w ere 8 cases of radius and ulna fractures, 2 cases of radius fracture and 2 cases of ulna fracture. Among them, 5 cases had multi-segment fractures and 1 was no n -union. ResultsThe follow-up period was from 2 months to 16 months, with an aver age of 5 months. All cases healed uneventfully. There was no infection and no in t ramedullary nail breaking or loosening. Bone union was seen in all patients. The average healing period was 3 months. According to Berton evaluation system, 7 c ases were graded as excellent, 4 as good, and 1 as fair. The rate of excellent a nd good cases was 91.67%. ConclusionUsing forearm intramedulla ry locking nail f or treatment of forearm fractures possesses the virtue of minor injury, secure f ixation, etc. It has good effects in bone healing and forearm functional recover y.
