膨胀管定位分支井技术在渤海埕北油田的应用

【摘要】 膨胀管定位分支井技术研究是国家 86 3项目渤海大油田勘探开发关键技术———可控 (闭环 )三维轨迹钻井技术研究的子课题。应用膨胀管定位工具原理 ,完成了定位工具的研制 ,并在大量地面实验的基础上 ,将膨胀管定位技术成功地应用于渤海埕北油田老井侧钻分支井中。实践证明 :所研制的膨胀管定位分支井工具具有 3大技术特点 :①膨胀管定位 ,定位工具在老井中 ,对套管产生的应力集中小 ,有利于保护套管 ;②定位工具在密封后可承受压、扭等荷载 ,完全满足井下作业的需要 ;③定位工具设计合理 ,操作简便。通过在埕北油田A2 2h井的实践 ,钻成一口水平分支调整井 ,在老油田挖潜方面取得 3项突破 :第一 ,使用侧钻分支井挖掘剩余油获得突破 ;第二 ,在分支井油井中使用膨胀管定位工具获得突破 ;第三 ,使用修井机在海上平台钻分支调整井实现突破。膨胀管定位分支井技术及其工具在埕北油田A2 2h井的成功应用 ,使原来产油 11m3/d的老井通过分支井达到产油 112m3/d ,取得显著的经济效益。这项技术将在海上油田增储挖潜和提高采收率方面发挥很大的作用。

【Abstract】 The study of expansion positioning multilateral well technology is a sub project of 3D trajectory steerable (closed loop) drilling technology study, the national 863 project “the key technology for exploration and development of large oil fields in Bohai Sea.”. This study has applied the principle of expansion positioning tool and completed the development of the positioning tool. Based on a lot of surface experiments, this technology is applied successfully in sidetracking old wells in Chengbei oil field in Bohai Sea. The practices have verified that the expansion positioning tool for drilling multilateral well has three technical characteristics: (1) expansion positioning tool produces less stress concentration on the casing in old well and helps protect casing; (2) the tool can bare the pressure and torque loads, etc. and satisfy the requirements of down hole operation. (3) the tool is designed rationally and is easy to operate. A multilateral adjustment well was sidetracked in the well A22h in Chengbei oil field, which has achieved three breakthroughs in improving the potential of old oil field: (1) breakthrough in producing the residual oil successfully through sidetracking multilateral well in Chengbei oil field; (2) breakthrough in using the expansion positioning tool successfully for the first time in the oil well; (3) breakthrough in sidetracking the multilateral adjustment well by workover rig on platform. The successful application of expansion positioning multilateral well technology and its tool in well A22h of Chengbei oil field has increased the oil production from 11 m3/d of old well to 112 m3/d of branch hole, and got obvious economic benefit. The application and spread of this technology will play an important role in increasing reserves and enhancing oil recovery in offshore oil fields.
