【摘要】 目的了解重组人干扰素α-1b乳膏治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床研究方法,受试者每日3次外搽研究药物,疗程2周,随访至第29天,以观察后遗神经痛。结果共有128例带状疱疹患者参加本次研究,其中重组人干扰素α-1b乳膏治疗组65例,基质对照组63例。治疗后第11、14、22、29天的痊愈率治疗组分别为69.2%、81.5%、90.8%、95.4%,对照组分别为57.1%、71.4%、84.1%、84.1%,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组用药部位各有1例出现局部发热、烧灼感。无系统不良反应。结论重组人干扰素α-1b乳膏治疗带状疱疹疗效好,耐受性好,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of topical interferon alfa-1b cream in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A randomized, double-blind, parallel placebo-controlled clinical study was conducted. The test drug was topically used in herpes zoster patients, three times a day for 2 weeks. Patients whose skin lesions cleared completely were followed for 29 days to observe postherpetic neuralgia. Results One hundred and twenty-eight patients with herpes zoster were enrolled into this trial. Sixty-five patients were randomly selected to receive interferon alfa-1b cream and sixty-three patients received vehicle cream. After following up for 11, 14, 22, 29 days the cure rates were 69.2%, 81.5%, 90.8%, 95.4% respectively in the study group and were 57.1%, 71.4%, 84.1% and 84.1% respectively in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no systemic side effect in the two groups except slight local burning sensation in one patient in each group. Conclusion Topical interferon alfa-1b cream in the treatment of herpes zoster is effective, safe and convenient.更多还原
