【Abstract】 Using itraconazoleanditshydrochlorideasmodel drugs and thephasesolubility asevaluationparameter, theinfluence factorssuch asdegree of substitution, mol concentration,the solubility of drug,ion strength,pH and tempera- ture on solubilization of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin were examined.
