【Abstract】 A RP-HPLC method for determination of carvedilol in human plasma was established. A Shimadzu C18column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-trifluoroacetic acid-diethylamine(43∶57∶0.1∶0.1). Theexcitation wavelength and emission wavelength were 240nm and 340nm, respectively. The calibration curve was linear inthe concentration range of 0.25～160ng/ml (r=0.9996) with the limit of determination of 0.25ng/ml. The average recoverywas more than 96%.
