b-内酰胺类抗生素的近红外反射光谱分析法鉴别
Identification of b-Lactam Antibiotics by Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy
【摘要】 利用近红外反射光谱法对10种b-内酰胺类抗生素及中间体的鉴别方法进行了研究。结果表明,该法无需对样本进行预处理,直接扫描玻璃瓶内样品,即可准确鉴别。
【Abstract】 Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy was used to identify b-lactam antibiotics and their intermediates.The results indicated that b-lactam antibiotics could be identified in glass vials without sample pretreatment.
