高效液相色谱电化学法测定血间甲肾上腺素类物质方法的建立及临床应用

【摘要】 嗜铬细胞瘤是以儿茶酚胺大量分泌为特征的肿瘤。研究发现 ,与儿茶酚胺等测定指标相比较 ,间甲肾上腺素类物质 (MNs)具有更高的敏感性和特异性。本研究用高效液相色谱电化学分析法建立了血MNs的测定方法 ,并对 40名健康人及 2 6名经病理证实的嗜铬细胞瘤患者进行了血MNs的测定 ,MNs水平在嗜铬细胞瘤患者中与临床、病理符合率为 10 0 %。

【Abstract】 Pheochromocytomas is the tumor characterized by excessive production of catecholamines. Some studies showed that for the diagnosis of pheochromocytomas, measurement of metanephrines is more sensitive and more specific than that of catecholamines. In this study, plasma MNs were detected by HPLC-ED and the normal range of their plasma levels were determined in 40 healthy subjects. Moreover, the positive detection rate of plasma MNs in 26 pheochromocytoma patients is completely accordant with their pathological diagnosis.
