【Abstract】 The relationship between fasting plasma total homocysteine (tHcy) level and cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes was investigated and the factors influencing plasma tHcy level in these cases were explored. The results show that high fasting plasma tHcy is an independent risk factor for cerebral infaction in type 2 diabetes and serum folic acid, vitamin B 12 and creatine may markedly influence the plasma tHcy level.更多还原
