【Abstract】 The subjects in this study were divided into normal youth group, normal adult group, simple obesity group and diabetes group according to oral glucose tolerance test. The insulin sensitivities were evaluated by hyperinsulinemia euglycemic clamp technique and compared among these groups. The results showed that insulin sensitivities in simple obesity group and diabetes group were lowered.更多还原
