【摘要】 目的　探讨和分析运用自体毛发移植术治疗脂溢性脱发的效果和特点。方法　对 30 0 0例脂溢性脱发的患者运用自体毛发移植术进行修复。结果　移植的头发均生长良好 ,但因每个人脱发面积不同、供发区头发密度不同 ,移植后头发生长密度不同。结论　自体毛发移植术可以运用于脂溢性脱发的修复 ,移植时 ,要按自身的特点及需要设计不同的发际线 ;按自身头发的正常生长方向移植 ;移植后的头发随周围正常头发的生长而生长 ;因脱发面积的不同及供发区头发密度的不同 ,移植后头发生长密度不同更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the outcome of autogenous hair transplantation in treatment of seborrgeic hair loss.Methods A total of 3 000 cases of hair restoration were performed during 1998～2002 and selected in this study. In each case, the patient was informed of the features of hair transplantation and possble outcomes of the treatment.Results Restored hair in each patient grew well, but the density of hair depended upon the density of donor hair and the area of hair loss. Conclusion Hair transplantation can be applicable to hair restoration in patients with seborrheic hair loss. The following guidelines are derived from this analysis; ⑴hairline design should be in harmony with the face as well as the requirment of the patients; ⑵hair follicles shoued be transplanted in a direction best watching that the hair growth; ⑶regular haircut is necessary for the reconstructed hair, and ⑷the density of the reconstructed hair depends upon the density of donor hair and hairless area.更多还原
