【摘要】 [目的]观察自体外周血干细胞、脐血和rhG鄄CSF在肿瘤化疗致粒细胞缺乏症患者中的作用。[方法]22例不同实体瘤患者因化疗致外周血中性粒细胞低于0.5×109/L时进行综合救治;45例实体瘤患者随机分为3组,采用自身对比的方法,观察预防性使用rhG鄄CSF、脐血和自体外周血干细胞输注后血象的变化。[结果]22例粒细胞缺乏症的患者化疗后白细胞总数及粒细胞绝对值降至最低值的时间为(12.24±2.08)天,其中,粒细胞绝对值低于0.1×109/L者5例,低于0.5×109/L者17例,经采用G鄄CSF、脐血及预防性使用抗生素后,没有1例发生感染;应用外周血干细胞输注,脐血输注和预防性使用rhG鄄CSF的三组患者,骨髓抑制的程度治疗周期小于对照周期,恢复至正常的时间也明显缩短。[结论]在粒细胞缺乏症的临床救治中,外周血干细胞输注、脐血输注及rhG鄄CSF都能加速骨髓造血功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the role of rhG-CSF,cord blood and auto-peripheral blood stem cells in treatment of chemotherapy induced agranulocytosis.The comprehensive therapy were applied for 22 cancer patients with chemotherapy whose absolute neutrophil count (ANC)was below 0.5×109/L;45 patients with cancer were randomized in to three groups received rhG-CSF,cord blood and auto-peripheral blood stem cell respectively.The change of ANC was observed with self-case control.WBC and ANC in 22 patients with agranulocytosis reached to the lowest value at (12.24±2.08) days after chemotherapy. ANC in 17 patients were lower than 0.5×109/L,5 were lower than 0.1×109/L.No infection presented following the treatment of rhG-CSF and cord blood. After prophylactic treatment with rhG-CSF, cord blood and auto-peripheral blood stem cells,the bone marrow depression was notably slighter than that of control cycle and recovery period was shorter.[Conclusion]Adoption of rhG-CSF ,cord blood and auto-peripheral blood stem cells will benefit the recovery of hemogenesis of the bone marrow.更多还原
