【摘要】 目的　观察健康人尿铜蓝蛋白排泄率 (CER)随增龄发生的变化 ,并探讨其临床意义。　方法　对 314名 2 0～ 79岁健康者以 10岁为一年龄段分成 6组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测其尿CER。　结果　各年龄组尿CER为 :2 0～ 2 9岁组 (38± 19)ng/min、30～ 39岁组 (42± 2 4 )ng/min、4 0～ 4 9岁组 (45± 2 5 )ng/min、5 0～ 5 9岁组 (48± 32 )ng/min、6 0～ 6 9岁组 (5 3± 33)ng/min、70～ 79岁组 (6 1± 4 3)ng/min ,但各年龄组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。非老年组 (47± 30 )ng/min ,老年组(5 9± 39)ng/min ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。　 结论　 (1)增龄过程中尿CER有上升的趋势 ;(2 )尿CER老年组明显高于非老年组 ;(3)对老年患者的临床诊断治疗要考虑因年龄因素而存在的脏器排泄率变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of urinary ceruloplasmin excretion rate (CER) with the aging. Methods The level of urinary ceruloplasmin was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. A total of 314 healthy volunteers aged 20-79 years were divided into 6 groups by 10-year interval. Results The urinary ceruloplasmin level was increased gradually in healthy people with the aging. The mean urinary CER levels were (38±19) ng/min for 20-29 years old group, (42±24) ng/min for 30-39 years old group, (45±25) ng/min for 40-49 years old group, (48±32) ng/min for 50-59 years old group, (53±33) ng/min for 60-69 years old group,and (61±43)ng/min for 70-79 years old, respectively. But there wes no significant differences among the above 6 groups divided by age( P >0.05). There was significant difference between the groups of <60 years old and ≥60 years old 〔(47±30) ng/min vs (59±39) ng/min, P <0.05〕. Conclusions (1) The urinary CER levels increases with the ageing in normal healthy persons, but there is no significant differences among the 6 groups divided by age. (2) The urinary CER level is significantly higher in the group of ≥60 years of age than that in group of <60 years of age. (3) The relationship between CER changes and the ageing should be concerned in the treatment of old patients.更多还原
