【摘要】 目的　探讨根治性切除儿童小脑髓母细胞瘤的临床表现及其预后。方法　对 9例儿童小脑髓母细胞瘤患者全部行“根治性”切除术。结果　“根治性”切除术后 9例儿童小脑髓母细胞瘤患儿均存活 ,5年生存率为 10 0 %。结论　对儿童小脑髓母细胞瘤外科手术应行无瘤技术操作 ,显微镜下切除肿瘤边缘外1.5cm ,术后低剂量常规放射治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical manifestation and its prognosis of radical resection of cerebellar medulloblastoma.Methods Cerebellar medulloblastoma in 9 children was radically resected.Results 9 cases of cerebellar medulloblastoma undergoing radical resection survived,with the 5-year survival rate of 100%.Conclusion Resection of cerebellar medulloblastoma under no tumor is necessarily performed and 1.5cm off tumor under microscope is resected.Postoperative small dose of routine radiotherapy is needed.更多还原
