【摘要】 目的　探讨修复指端缺损感觉重建的新方法。方法　 1 987年以来 ,我们采用指神经背侧分支伴行血管岛状皮瓣修复指端、指腹缺损 35例。结果　皮瓣全部成活 ,感觉 6周内全部恢复。结论　血管岛状皮瓣具有易于操作 ,不损伤邻近手指主要血管的优点 ,在修复指端缺损 ,在最大程度保留手指长度的同时 ,可重建良好的感觉功能 ,对于恢复手的精细操作功能具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish new method to repair fingertip defectand reconstruct sensation.Methods By anatomy,we found that the bloodvessel accompanied dorsal branch of digital nerve is easy to find,it can be easily operated and can be used as pedicle of island flap to repaira djacency fingertip defect and reconstruct sensation.Since 1987,we repaired the fingertips defect in 35 cases by this method.Result All flaps survived.Defect repaired and sensation recovered in 6 weeks.All patients were capable of their former work.Conclusion Island flap using blood vessel accompanied with dorsal branch of digital nerve as pedicle is easy to operate,it can repair the defect of fingertips,keep the length of finger,and recover sensation,it is significant for restoration of fine work function.更多还原
