【摘要】 目的　探讨肌电图对半侧咀嚼肌痉挛的诊断意义。方法　共收集 4例半侧咀嚼肌痉挛患者 ,进行咀嚼肌针电极及表面电极肌电图检查。结果　 4例患者针电极肌电图均可见与痉挛发作同步的群放电位 ,表明痉挛可能是由三叉神经自主放电引起。结论　肌电图对于正确诊断半侧咀嚼肌痉挛具有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the usefulness of electromyogram (EMG) in the diagnosis of the patients with hemimasticatory spasm(HMS) Methods Four cases with HMS were reported All the 4 patients were undertaken needle and surface electrode EMG examination Results Needle electrode EMG of the 4 patients with HMS showed grouped potentials synchronously with the onset of the spasm, which indicated abnormal excitatory electrical activities of the trigeminal nerve resulting in involuntary masticatory muscle movements Conclusion It is very important to use EMG for the diagnosis of HMS更多还原
