【摘要】 目的:探讨老年人牙周炎与血循环系统之间的联系。方法:对852名年龄65～82岁的老年人的牙周状况及血液循环系统状况进行调查和临床检查,主要检查项目有牙周炎、血压、血沉、甲襞微循环和脑血流图(TCD)。根据有无牙周炎将852名受检者分为牙周炎组(A组)和非牙周炎组(B组),然后对两组的血压、血沉、甲襞微循环和TCD进行统计分析。结果:A组的高血压患病率、甲襞微循环和脑血流图异常率都明显高于B组,两组间差异明显(P<0.01)。而血沉异常在两组间差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:老年人牙周炎和高血压、牙周炎和甲襞微循环异常、牙周炎和TCD异常之间可以相互影响。牙周炎和血沉无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate relationship between periodontitis and blood circulation in old people. Methods: This study includes 852 old men aged 65-82.Their periodontal disease and cardiovascular heath were investigated and examined, which include hypertension history, blood pressure, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), microcirculation of fingertip and transcranial doppler (TCD). 852 peoples were classified into 2 groups: group A, periodontitis, and group B, no periodontitis. Then, hypertension, ESR, microcirculation of fingertip and TCD were evaluated. Results: Numbers of abnormality in group A with hypertension, microcirculation of fingertip and TCD are higher than those in group B. there have significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01), ESR has no difference in two groups (P>05). Conclusion: There has close relations between periodontal disease and cardiovascular disease in old man.更多还原
