【摘要】 目的:对尼美舒利分散片(NimesulideDispersibleTablets,NDT)用于预防根管治疗术后疼痛的临床疗效作出评价。方法:随机选择进行根管治疗术的174例老年患者作为试验组,术后当日口服NDT0.1g,每日2次,连服5天。同时选择162例未服NDT的老年根管治疗术患者作为对照组。结果:两组病例术后疼痛的发生率和疼痛指数有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:NDT用于预防治疗三聚甲醛糊剂根管充填所致术后疼痛疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Determine the clinical effects of preventing post-treatment-pain of root canal therapy(RCT) with Nimesulide Dispersible Tablets(NDT). Methods: Underwent were randomly selected 174 elder patients(group 1) 0.1g NDT was orally taken night after therapy by 2 times each day for 5 days. 162 patients with root canal therapy and placebo (group 2). Results: Significant differences of post-treatment-pain and painful index were found between the twwo groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: It’s considered to be a better way to take NDT to prevent post-treatment-pain of RCT with trioxymethylene paste.更多还原
