【摘要】 为了解决机械加工行业中 ,刀具的库存管理存在的管理效率低 ,错误率高 ,刀具的使用混乱等问题 ,设计该系统 ,实现以下的功能 :按照生产计划定制刀具采购单、刀具的采购入库、刀具的按生产调度的出入库、刀具的质量检查、刀具的使用后研磨、刀具的报废 ,以及刀具成本核算和对制造商的责任追究等功能 ,克服了管理中存在的问题 ,实现了加工中心刀具库存管理的科学性、实用性 ,提高了企业生产质量和效率 ,满足了生产中对刀具的库存管理的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many problems in NC Tool stock management of mechanical process ,for example management efficiency is low ,error rate is high ,and use of tools is disordered .To resolve those problems ,the system is designed .The functions of the system are: customizing stock list according to plan ,stock management of cutter , quality testing of cutter, cutter rubbing , cutter scrap, cost checking ,and tracing manufacturer .The system can settle problems in management ,and is of practicability and of scientificity .The system improves efficiency and quality ,and meets requirement of cutter stock management.更多还原
