基于SolidWorks的模块化设计关键技术研究
Research on key technologies of modular design based on SolidWorks
【摘要】 以面向模块和功能分析为主要特征的模块化设计能够缩短开发周期、减少制造成本 ,已经基本完成由思想向技术的转变。SolidWorks不仅是基于Windows的优秀的三维建模软件 ,也是一个优秀的集成产品设计开发平台。通过对模块化设计的设计流程和统一产品数据模型、功能分析、模块划分、模块组合和模块评价等若干关键技术进行研究 ,对系统框架和开发工具进行分析 ,对SolidWorks二次开发的关键技术进行探讨 ,利用VC语言、COM接口、DLL和ADO等技术建立了计算机辅助模块化设计系统。CAMDS系统的开发实践证明该系统有助于设计人员更好地实现模块化设计的基本思想和方法 ,具有较高的经济价值。
【Abstract】 Modular design can quicken the development of productions and decrease the manufacturing cost and has completed the transformation from a kind of thinking to a method. SolidWorks is not only a three-dimension modeling software based on Windows, but also an excellent integrated production design and development flat. Some key technologies such as design flow, product data model, functional analysis, module dividing, module composition and evaluation are discussed. The system frame, developing tools and some key technologies to second-develop SolidWorks are analyzed. Furthermore, VC, COM, DLL and ADO are used to build the computer aided modular design system. A case named CAMDS proves that such a system can help designers to implement modular design better and has preferable benefit.
