机床误差正交光栅检测及补偿的研究
Error measurement and compensation of CNC maching centers using cross gris encorder
【摘要】 文章提出了多轴机床空间误差的平面正交光栅检测和补偿方法。建立了包含 2 1项几何误差的数控机床误差模型 ,给出了应用神经网络进行空间误差识别和补偿的技术。通过试验对比 ,验证了该方法的可行性
【Abstract】 An efficient method is proposed for the measurement and compensation of motion error sources involved in CNC machine tools by Cross Grid Encoder .Set up a model of CNC machine tools involved in 21 geometric errors .A method is given for the identification and compensation of motion error by using BP networks .and validate the feasibility of the model through an experiment.
