数控加工中刀具半径补偿的探索与研究
Study on tool compensation in numberic control machining
【摘要】 首先对刀具半径补偿的功能进行了分析 ,然后利用 Matlab软件对数控铣床加工中刀具的磨损、重磨进行了估计 ,为提高加工精度提供了有力的依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,on the basis of analysis on the role of tool radius compensation,we estimated the wearing and regrinding oftool in numeric controlled machining precision.
