制造单元控制系统的可重配置性研究
The reconfigurability of control system for manufacturing cells
【摘要】 传统的制造模式已不能快速响应市场变化。近几年 ,学术界和企业界相继提出了各种各样的单元化制造组织形式 ,如虚拟制造单元、动态制造单元和可重构制造单元等。这些制造单元都要求其控制系统具有适应单元内设备的物理或逻辑变化的能力。文中在分析有关可重配置制造单元 (系统 )控制系统的文献基础上 ,探讨了单元控制系统可重配置的基本内涵 ,对控制体系结构、控制实体、软硬件平台等方面进行了制造单元控制系统的可重配置性研究
【Abstract】 Classical manufacturing paradigm can’t have the ability to respond qui ckly to changes of uncertain markets. In recent years, all kinds of new cellular manufacturing organizations are put forward by the circle of academe and indust ry, for example, the virtual cellular manufacturing system, the dynamic cellular manufacturing system and the reconfigurable cellular manufacturing system etc. control systems of those cells are required with the ability to adapt the physic al or logical grouping changes. In this paper, the connotation of reconfigurable control system for manufacturing cell is discussed on the basis of researching related literatures of the reconfigurable control system for manufacturing cell. The reconfigurablility of the control system has been described with the ways i ncluding architecture, control entities, software & hardware platform.
