【摘要】 目的 :研究非意愿妊娠高危人群紧急避孕知识水平、态度及其相关因素 ,同时分析紧急避孕行为的影响因素。方法 :以美国KaiserFamilyFoundation紧急避孕调查表为基础设计问卷 ,对 4 6 8例非意愿妊娠高危者进行横断面调查。结果 :紧急避孕知晓率为 88.5 % ;如果知道在无避孕措施的性行为或避孕套破裂 72h内可以应用紧急避孕药来防止妊娠 ,95 .7%的调查对象表示愿意使用紧急避孕药 ;紧急避孕知识平均得分 12 .72± 4 .6 5 ,紧急避孕态度平均得分为 2 5 .88± 4 .2 2 ,二者呈正相关关系 (r =0 .345 ) ;流产次数、职业、文化程度及紧急避孕知识等是采用紧急避孕措施的主要影响因素。结论 :为提高育龄妇女紧急避孕措施的使用率 ,必须加强紧急避孕知识的宣传 ,尤其是对紧急避孕法的安全性、有效性以及正确的使用时间的宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the level of the knowledge, attitude toward emergency contraception and the relationship between the knowledge and attitude among women who are under high risk for unwanted pregnancy. Method :A cross-sectional study with KSF emergency contraception scale was conducted in Changsha from August to December 2002. 468 women aged 18-35 were interviewed personally. Result :88.5% of the samples had the konwledge of emergency contraception, 35.0% had used emergency contraceptive pills and 5.6% have used IUD as emergency contraception.95.7% indicated that they would take emergency contraceptive pills and 59.4% would used IUD as emergency contraception if it was necessary. The mean score of knowledge of emergency contraception was 12.72±4.65, and the mean score of attitude of emergency contraception was 25.88±4.22.The relationship between knowledge and attitude of emergency contraception was positive( r =0.345) The factors affecting the behavior of emergency contraception were times of abortion, educational level, occupation, experience of contraception failure, having been heard of emergency contraception and so on. Conclusion:The knowledge and attitude of emergency contraception were positively related, education program regarding emergency contraception especially the effect, the safety and the correct timing must be reinforced among reproductive women to increase their willingness of using emergency contraception.更多还原
