测量老年患者接受出院指导过程的工具的研究

【摘要】 目的 :开发老年患者对出院指导的接受过程的测量工具 ,为医院制定出院指导方略提供进一步视点的同时 ,也为其提供测定出院指导效果的手段和工具。方法 :基于森正的认知学习理论和Bloom的认知阶层理论 ,构造出出院指导的接受过程由认知、理解、评价 3层因子以及相应地分离出各自下位因子 ,从而形成接受过程的结构图 ,根据结构图开发设计出接受过程的测量工具 ,并以此对 114例患者进行了调查。结果 :论证了理论上的构造和实际数据的一致性 ,并且验证了此测量工具的适用性和可信度。结论 :出院指导接受过程的测量工具是适用的 ,其可信度也很高 ;不仅对老年患者的出院指导有效 ,预计对其他慢性患者的出院指导也将有效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a measurement tool for receiving process of discharge education in elderly patients , and to provide not only an advanced viewpoint for hospitals to set up guidelines for discharge education, but also a tool to assess the effect of discharge education. Methods: Based on the theories of recognition in learning recommended by Morimasa and the recognition layers in learning suggested by Bloom, the process of the elderly patients receiving discharge education was formed with a frame structure consisting of 3 factors termed as recognition, understanding, and evaluation. Based on this structure, the measurement tool was designed and developed,and was applied to 114 patients. Results: The practical data was consistent with the theoretical structure , and the suitability and reliability of the measurement tool was comfirmed. Conclusions: The measurement tool is suitable and reliable for clinic. It can be effectively applied to discharge education not only for elderly patients but also for patients with chronic diseases.
