【摘要】 目的　探讨血管紧张素 (angiotensin,Ang )在不同浓度和不同作用时间下对血管内皮细胞 (vascular endothelial cell,VEC)细胞因子表达的作用及卡托普利和氯沙坦对其影响。方法　采用RT- PCR技术测定了在 Ang 不同浓度和不同作用时间下 VEC细胞因子 m RNA表达的变化和卡托普利、氯沙坦对其影响。结果　 Ang 可明显促进 VEC肽类细胞因子如 TNF- α、TGF- β、IL- 6、IL- 10的表达 ,且其作用呈剂量依赖性和时间依赖性 ;应用药物后对 Ang 的作用有明显的抑制作用。结论　Ang 具有明显的促进 VEC细胞因子表达作用 ;合用卡托普利和氯沙坦有明显的调节细胞因子 m RNA表达的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ in different concentrations and different action time on the expression of mRNA of the cytokines in vascular endothelial cells and the influences of captopril and losartan on it. Methods RT PCR technique was used to measure the expressions.Results The expression of mRNA of the cytokines was induced and increased by angiotensin Ⅱ with the increase of concentrations and action time, especially TNF α and IL 6, however which was regulated significantly when cells were pretreated with the combination of losartan and captopril.Conclusions The expression of mRNA of the cytokines may be induced and increased by angiotensin Ⅱ with the increase of the concentrations and the action time. The combination of losartan and captopril may have the regulating effect on the expression of mRNA of the cytokines in vascular endothelial cells.更多还原
