【摘要】 目的　了解船员眼外伤发生及预后的相关因素。方法　对 1 4 7例船员眼外伤发生及预后的相关因素进行分析。结果　船员眼外伤占同期眼外伤患者 2 2 .9% ,占同期船员眼病住院患者 79.5%。主要致伤原因有碰撞伤、打架斗殴、钓鱼杆挑击伤、铅丝鱼钩刺伤、热烧伤等。致伤性质为穿孔伤 3 5例(2 3 .8% ) ,钝挫伤 89例 (60 .5% )。致伤物常见有船体凸起部分、头部、木竹杆、锐利金属等。结论　船员眼外伤的治疗重在预防 ,分析眼外伤并发症和眼外伤发生的相关因素 ,提出预防措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors related to ocular trauma occurrence and prognosis in seamen.Methods Factors related to ocular trauma occurrence and prognosis were analysed in147seamen.Results Seamen’s eye injuries accounted for22.9%of all eye injuries in the same period,and accounted for79.5%of the hospitalized seamen patients who suffered from eye disease in the same period. The main causes were collision,fighting,fishhook stabbing,burn,etc.Of all the wound types,the penetrating eye wounds accounted for23.8%,ocular contusion60.5%,chemical and scalding wounds 10.9%.Usually the wounding objects were the protruding part of the ship body,head,bamboo pole and sharp metals,etc.Conclusions The treatment of eye wounds in seamen ought to put emphasis on prognosis.The study analysed related factors,complications and put forward methods of prognosis.更多还原
