电子射线照射大鼠胶原及自由基改变的研究
Study on changes of collagen and free radicals after electron irradiation in rats
【摘要】 目的 探讨加速器电子射线局部照射SD大鼠致放射损伤后胶原表达的变化、自由基的改变及两者的相关性。方法 采用直线加速器局部照射制作SD大鼠的辐射损伤模型 ,观察MDA、NOS、SOD、GSH PX及Ⅰ Ⅲ型胶原mRNA表达及蛋白含量的改变。结果 照射后在一定剂量范围内MDA、NOS上升 ;SOD、GSH PX则下降 ,血清中指标变化显著而皮肤中变化无明显规律性。受照射局部皮肤Ⅰ Ⅲ型胶原mRNA表达及蛋白含量有明显改变 ,但其自由基的变化与胶原的变化无明显相关性。结论 辐射损伤后能在全身产生自由基 ,其对受照射局部皮肤组织中胶原表达改变的作用不大 ,在电子射线放射损伤中胶原可能起重要作用
【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the changes of the expression of collagen and free radicals after electron irradiation. Methods\ An animal model of electron irradiation injury was established using linear accelerator electron radiation.The expression of collagen and the contents of MDA,NOS,SOD,GSH-PX were determind. Results\ After electron irradiation,the contents of MDA and NOS increased in a certain dosage range,while the contents of SOD,GSH-PX decreased in another dosage range.The expression of collagen was changed.No relationships was showed between the change of collagen and free radicals. Conclusion\ After electron irradiation,free radicals can be produced in the whole body,but they have little effect on the changes of the collagen expression in irradiated cutaneous tissues.Collagen may play an important role in electron radiation injury.\;
