【摘要】 目的探讨股骨颈骨折行人工关节置换的术后并发症。方法回顾分析283例股骨颈骨折行人工全髋关节或人工股骨头置换术患者。术后随访2～10年,平均5.6年。结果共出现如下并发症假体松动42例,髋臼磨损15例,股骨头假体术后脱位3例,切口感染5例,坐骨神经损伤3例,深静脉血栓形成3例,假体柄穿出股骨上段1例,髋臼外缘骨折1例。结论并发症产生的原因与手术操作、假体质量、个体体质差异有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the complications in artificial joint replacement for femoral neck fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 283 cases with femoral neck fractures that were treated with artificial hip replacement or artificial femoral head replacement and followed up for 2 10 years (average 5.6 years). Results The complications included loosing of prosthesis in 42 cases, wearing of acetabulum in 15, postoperative dislocation of artificial femoral head in three, infection at incision in five, sciatic nerve injury in three, deep venous thrombosis in three, femur fracture in one and fracture of acetabulum in one. Conclusion The compilations are caused by many factors including the skill for operation, the quality of prosthesis and the individual health conditions.更多还原
