【摘要】 在废纸脱墨浆系统的碎浆及漂白段都使用H2 O2 作漂白剂 ,但重金属离子和过氧化氢酶的存在会使H2 O2 发生无效分解而降低H2 O2 的使用效率 ,前者已通过添加螯合剂而得到有效控制。研究表明 ,杀菌剂可抑制过氧化氢酶的生成。文中叙述了杀菌剂类型和用量的选择及加入杀菌剂后脱墨废水中残余杀菌剂对废水后续处理的毒性影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peroxide is used as bleaching agent in pulping and bleaching process of deinking system. It can be decomposed because of heavy metallic ions and catalase, thus its efficiency is reduced. Chelating agent can effectively control the decomposition of peroxide by heavy metallic ions. Studies show that the biocide can restrain catalase generation. Selection of the type of biocide and its dosage is described, assessment of the negative influence of remaining biocide in deinking effluent on the subsequent effluent treatment is discussed in this paper.更多还原
