竹材高得率纸浆干燥及其复合材料的性能

【摘要】 分析了竹材高得率纸浆对撞流干燥的干燥特性 ,探讨了对撞流干燥对纤维形态、强度和分散性的影响 ,研究了对撞流干燥后竹材高得率纸浆增强聚酰胺树脂复合材料的性能。竹材高得率纸浆对撞流干燥适宜的工艺参数为气流速度 32 0m/s、浆料流量 2 40kg/h、干燥前浆料干度 2 0 %~ 2 5 %、气流温度高于 1 1 0℃。对撞流干燥后的竹材高得率纸浆具有较好的纤维分散性 ,其增强聚酰胺树脂复合材料主要性能比基体聚酰胺树脂、固定床干燥的竹材爆破浆增强聚酰胺树脂复合材料性能高。

【Abstract】 Character of impinging stream drying of bamboo high yield pulp was investigated.Effects of impinging stream drying on morphology, strength and desintegrability of fibers were discussed.Properties of reinforced polyamide resin composite with bamboo high yield pulp dried by impinging stream drying were studied. The optimal drying conditions of bamboo high yield pulp were: speed of hot gas stream 32.0 m/s, pulp flow 2.40 kg/h, dryness of inlet pulp 20%~25% and temperature of hot gas stream higher than 110℃.Bamboo high yield pulp dried by impinging stream drying had better desintegrability.The properties of polyamide resin composite reinforced with bamboo high yield pulp dried by impinging stream drying were better than that of polyamide resin composite reinforced with bamboo high yield pulp dried by fixed bed drying.
