固定化优势菌降解CEH漂白废水
Treatment of CEH Bleaching Effluent with Immobilized Dominant Bacteria
【摘要】 难生物降解的CEH漂白废水可以通过驯化选育优势菌处理。将优势菌固定化,既使菌体能够反复利用又能减轻高浓废水对菌种的毒害作用。利用在实验室选育的优势菌A-1、B-1、C-1,考察了固定化单一菌与游离菌对废水的处理效果,表明固定化菌更适合处理高浓废水。通过固定化混合菌与固定化单一菌处理废水的实验比较,发现固定化混合菌A-1C-1对有机氯化物和CODCr的降解率均比固定化单一菌C-1高;且其在36h对废水的处理效果最好。
【Abstract】 CEH bleaching effluent can be treated with selected dominant bacteria.When the bacteria are immobilized,they can be reused and less affected by high concentration poisonous effluent.In this paper,the treatment efficiencies of effluent with single dominant immobilized bacteria A-1,B-1,C-1and corresponding free bacteria are compared.The results show that the immobilized bacteria can treat high concentration effluent more effectively.Compared with single immobilized bacterium C-1,the degradation rate of organic chlorine and COD Cr is higher with the mixed immobilized bacteria B-1C-1.The best result is achieved when the effluent is treated with B-1C-1for36h.
