【摘要】 对芦苇APMP制浆工艺条件进行了探讨,研究了浸渍预处理对成浆质量的影响。结果表明,两段浸渍预处理中NaOH用量和H2O2用量是影响浆料性能的主要因素,浸渍预处理温度对浆料性能也有一定影响。实验室制得的芦苇APMP除撕裂指数偏低外,白度和裂断长都能达到配抄新闻纸的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 s:APMP pulping conditions of reed were studied in this paper,the effects of the process conditions of pretreatment before refining on the pulp qualities were emphasized.The results showed that in the chemical pretreatment the dosages of NaOH and H 2 O 2 were the main factors that affected the pulp qualities.In addition,the temperature of chemical pretreatment could also greatly affect the pulp qualities.With the exception of tear index,the brightness and breaking length of reed APMP made in the lab could meet the needs as one of the furnish components of newsprint manufacture.更多还原
