【摘要】 目的 :对西藏胡黄连Picrorhizascrophulariiflora根的苯乙醇糖苷类化学成分进行研究。方法 :采用色谱技术进行分离 ,通过1H ,13 C NMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 6个苯乙醇糖苷类化合物 :2 (3,4 二羟基苯基 )乙基 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (1) ,2 (3 羟基 4 甲氧基苯基 )乙基 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 3) β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (2 ) ,scrosideB (3) ,hemiphrosideA (4) ,plantainosideD (5 ) ,scrosideA (6 )。结论 :其中化合物 1,2 ,4和 5系首次从该植物中分离得到 ,2为新的天然产物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the phenylethanoid glycosides from root of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora. Method: Column chromatographic techniques were used for isolation and purification of chemical constituents of the plant and the structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis. Result: Six phenylethanoid glycosides were isolated and elucidated as: 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-β-D -glucopyranoside (1),2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3) β-D-glucopyranoside (2),scroside B (3),hemiphroside A (4),plantainoside D (5) and scroside A (6),respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time and compound 2 was firstly obtained from natural source.更多还原
