【摘要】 目的 :研究狭叶山黄麻枝的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化 ,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 :从其乙醇提取物的石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得 6个化合物 ,其结构鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (Ⅰ ) ,熊果烷 (Ⅱ ) ,熊果酸 3 乙酰酯 (Ⅲ ) ,齐墩果酸 (Ⅳ ) ,paprazine(Ⅴ ) ,moupinamide(Ⅵ )。结论 :以上各化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constitue nt s from the branch of Trema angustifolia. Method: The c ompounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Result: Si x compounds were identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), viminalol (Ⅱ), acetylursoli c acid (Ⅲ), oleanolic acid (Ⅳ), paprazine (Ⅴ), moupinamide (Ⅵ).
