【摘要】 苦参碱类生物碱作为一种传统中药的活性成分 ,在抗炎、抗心律失常、抗肝纤维化等方面有重要的应用价值 ,笔者就目前对苦参碱类在抑制肿瘤增殖、诱导分化和凋亡、抗肿瘤浸润和远处转移、抑制肿瘤新生血管形成、减轻致肿瘤炎症和抑制肿瘤耐药性、减低化疗不良作用、增强肿瘤宿主免疫功能 ,肿瘤预防性化疗等各个方面的作用及其机制的最新研究进展作一综述。更多还原
