【摘要】 目的　探讨乳腺病变中多发性头状瘤 (MPS)与乳腺癌之间的关系。方法　对 2 0例伴有MPS的病变进行回顾性临床病理分析。所有的病例均有纤维囊性乳腺病、不典型性导管增生(ADH)、不典型性小叶增生 (ALH)、小叶原位癌 (LCIS)及不典型性乳头结构 ,与伴有MPS的导管原位癌 (DCIS ,8例 )及导管侵袭癌 (INS ,12例 )比较。结果　乳腺MPS病变的特征性是在形成多发性肿块的导管内充满乳头 ,相邻的组织纤维化 ,伴有不同程度的增生性纤维囊性病。特别是在不典型性乳头状瘤病例 (8例中 5例 ,占 6 2 .5 % )中 ,不典型增生常见 (2 0例中 9例 ,占 4 4 .1% )。结论　乳腺MPS往往与ADH、ALH、LCIS的恶性病变相关 ,而双侧乳腺MP提示乳腺癌发生的危险明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between multiple papillomas (MPS) and mammary cancers in patients with mammary lesions.Methods Twenty cases of mammary lesions complicated with MPS underwent restrospective clinicopathologic analysis.All cases had been found to have fibrocystic lesions,atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH),atypical lobular hyperplasia (ALH),lobular carcinoma in situ(LCIS)and atypical papillary constitution.They were compared with 8 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS)and 12 cases of invasive carcinoma (INV).Results MPS were characterized by the tissue fibrosis inside and outside the ducts and proliferative fibrocystic lesions of different degrees.Five of 8 cases (62.5%)of atypical papillma and 8 of 20 cases(40.0%)of atypical hyperplasia revealed these characteristics.Conclusion MPS is usually related to such malignant diseases as AHD,ALH or LCIS and the bilateral MPS may greatly increase the risk of development of mammary cancer.更多还原
