【摘要】 目的总结贲门小细胞癌的临床特征,并探讨影响其预后的因素。方法对我科1998年12月~2001年10月手术的20例贲门小细胞癌患者的资料进行分析。结果 贲门小细胞癌占同期贲门癌手术例数的2.0％(20/996),男女之比为9:1,术前均未得到确诊。全组手术切除率为100％,1,2年生存率分别为100％和33.3%。目前只有1例生存期超过3年。结论贲门小细胞癌是一种恶性度高的少见肿瘤,预后差;对贲门小细胞应给予包括化疗在内的综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the clinical characteristics of small cell carcinoma of gastric cardia and to evaluate the prognostic factors in the patients with small cell carcinoma of gastric cardia. Methods During 12/ 1998 to 10/2001,20 cases of small cell carcinoma of gastric cardia were operated. A clinical review and analysis was performed for the 20 cases. Results The patients with small cell carcinoma of gastric cardia accounted for 2.0% (20/9%) of the patients with carcinomas of gastric cardia in the same period.The ratio of males to females was nine to one. All of the patients with small cell carcinoma were not distincdy diagnosed before operation. The overall resection rate was 100% .Overall one-year and two-year survival rates were 100% and 33.3% respectively. So far only one patient survived over three years. Conclusion Small cell carcinoma of gastric cardia is a rare and aggressive neoplasm with poor prognosis. Systemic treatment including chemotherapy is very important to improve the survival rate of the patients with small cell carcinoma of gastric cardia.更多还原
