【摘要】 目的 探讨胰钩突部癌手术切除的可行性及安全性。方法 7例胰钩突部癌采用胰头后侧进路、预置PV-SMV阻断法手术切除。结果 胰头十二指肠根治性切除4例,合并SMV部分切除3例,无手术死亡及相关并发症,中位生存时间18.1个月。结论 胰钩突部癌采用胰头后侧进路手术有助于提高切除率和减少局部复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the reliability and feasibility of the surgical approach for resection of the pancreatic uncus cancer. Method Using the surgical approach to the posterior aspect of pancreatic head and intra-operative PV-SMV pre-occlusion, seven patients with pancreatic uncus cancer were submitted to radical pancre-atoduodenectomy. Results 4 patients underwent radical resection of the tumor and 3 patients underwent the radical operation combined with the partial resection of SMV involved. There were no major postoperative complications and mortality.The median survival time was 18.1 months.Conclusion The surgical approach to the posterior aspect of pancreatic head may be helpful in increasing the rate of radical resection, and in decreasing the local recurrence of the pancreatic uncus cancer.更多还原
