细胞色素P1A1氧化酶基因型与食管癌易感性的研究
Study of a CYP1A1 genotype associated with susceptibility to esophageal cancer
【摘要】 目的 探讨中国汉族人群CYP1A1基因多态性与食管癌易感性的关系。方法 对病理证实的67例食管癌和63例正常人的CYP1A1基因型进行分析,采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSR)的方法,危险因素分析采用病例对照分析方法。结果 食管癌组与正常对照组比较,CYP1A1基因型频率及等位基因频率存在明显差异性,Logistic回归法调整年龄、性别、文化程度和职业4个因素后,食管癌的危险因素为CYP1A1基因型、幽门螺杆菌感染、饮酒、吸烟、饮酒指数和吸烟指数。在多因素的LOGISTIC回归模型中显示食管癌的危险因素为CYP1A1基因型、幽门螺杆菌感染和吸烟。结论 CYP1A1基因型与食管癌易感性相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association of CYP1A1 gene polymorphism with susceptibility to esophageal cancer in Chinese Han nationality. Methods A case-control study that consisted of esophageal cancer 67 cases and 63 healthy persons control was carried out during Feb, 1998 to Nov. 1998.The cases came from Shandong Tumor Hospital and were diagnosed by histopathology, and the controls came from a community in low-incidence area.CYP1A1 genotype analyzed by polymerase chain reaction of sequence-specific primers(PCR-SSP).Results The frequency of CYP1A1 genotype and allele type was associated with GC and CAG. In the model of non-conditional Logistic regression analysis after adjusting age, sex, educational levels and profession, the risk factors were CYP1A1 genotype, Helicobacter Pylori(HP), drinking, smoking, index of drinking and index of smoking. The multiple factors LOGISTIC models showed that the risk factors were CYP1A1 genotype, Helicobacter Pylori (HP), and smoking. Conclusion The CYP1A1 genotype was associated with susceptibility to esophageal cancer.
