【摘要】 目的:客观评价骨痛膏治疗膝关节增生性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:200例膝关节炎患者随机分为两组。一组外敷骨痛膏(100例),另一组外敷天和骨痛贴膏(100例),分别于用药后7、14、21、28天进行评分,并对评分结果进行统计分析。结果:两组在改善症状方面均有明显效果(P<0.05)。受试组总有效率为91％,对照组82％,受试组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗单项症状均有效。两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:骨痛膏治疗增生性膝关节炎是安全、有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Gutong herb paste in curing proliferative arthritis of knee joint. Methods; 200 patients with proliferative arthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups. One group of patients was treated with Gutong herb paste(100 cases) ,and the other one was treated with Tian He Gu Tong herb paste (100 cases). To evaluate respectively the scores at the time of 7,14,21,28 days after compressing the paste. Finally to statistic and analyse the scores. Results: The severity of all symptoms greatly decreased in both groups (P<0. 05). Total effective rate of experimental group reached 91% ,and total effective rate of central group reached 82%. The curative effect in experimental group was significantly higher than that of central group (P<0. 01). Single symtom was improved in both groups. No side - effect was observed in two groups. Conclusions:Gutong herb paste is a kind of safe and effective medicine in curing proliferative arthritis of knee joint.更多还原
