【摘要】 目的 :观察穴位埋线法治疗重型颅脑损伤康复期患者的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 0例重型颅脑损伤康复期患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 (每组 30例 ) ,两组均常规药物和康复治疗 ,治疗组加用穴位埋线治疗 ,通过治疗前后Fugl Meyer运动评分 (FMA)、修订的Barthel指数 (MBI)评分的变化对两组患者功能康复进行评价并比较两组疗效。结果 :治疗组患者的总有效率为 93 3%,明显高于对照组的 70 0 %(P <0 0 1 ) ,FMA、MBI评分也优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :穴位埋线对重型颅脑损伤康复期患者疗效明显 ,可以促进运动功能和日常活动能力的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of catgut implantation at acupoints in the patient of severe craniocerebral injury at stage of recovery. Methods Sixty cases of severe craniocerebral injury at stage of recovery were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The both groups were treated with routine drugs and rehabilitation therapy, with catgut implantation at acupoints added to the treatment group. Functional recovery in the both groups after treatment were assessed by Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI). Results The total effective rate of 93.3% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group (P<0.01), and the scores of FMA and MBI in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Catgut implantation at acupoints has a significant therapeutic effect on the patient of severe craniocerebral injury at stage of recovery, promoting recovery of the movement function and the ability of daily activity.更多还原
