【摘要】 目的 :探求治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的有效方法。方法 :将臂丛神经损伤患儿 64例随机分为治疗组、对照组进行观察 ,以临床疗效及治疗前后肌电图改变为观察指标。治疗组采用毫针点刺配合穴位注射及功能锻炼进行治疗 ,对照组采用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组的治愈率、总有效率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :点刺配合穴位注射是治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的一种有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore an effective method for treatm en t of brachial plexus paralysis of newborns. MethodsSixty-four newborns of brachial plexus paralysis were randomly divided into treatment grou p and medication group. The treatment group were treated with pricking blood the rapy combined with acupoint-injection and functional exercises, and the medicat ion group were treated with western medicine. The clinical therapeutic effect an d the changes of electromyogram were investigated. ResultsBoth the cured rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were signifi cantly higher than those in the medication group (P<0 05).
