【摘要】 目的 :比较针灸与西药治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血的临床疗效。方法 :将 2 30例子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血患者随机分成针灸治疗组 1 1 0例和西药对照组 1 2 0例。针灸组采用针灸疗法 ,主穴为百会、关元、合谷、三阴交等 ,对照组采用口服安宫黄体酮等常规西药治疗。结果 :两组间的愈显率、总有效率、子宫内膜病理组织学变化等 ,经统计学处理差异均有显著或非常显著性意义(P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针灸治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血疗效显著且优于西药组更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo compare clinical therapeutic effects o f acup-moxibustion and western medicine on endometrial cystic hyperplastic dysfun ctional uterine bleeding. Methods230 cases were randomly divid ed into treatment group (n=110) and western medicine control group (n=12 0). The treatment group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion at main poin ts Baihui (GV 20), Guanyuan (CV 4), Hegu (LI 4) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and the c ontrol group were treated by oral administration of provera and other routine we stern medicines. ResultsThere were significant differences bet ween the two groups in the markedly-cured rate, the total efective rate and his topathologic changes of the endometrium (P<0 05 or P<0 01). Co nclusionThe therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on endom etrial cystic hyperplastic dysfunctional uterine bleeding is superior to the wes tern medicines.更多还原
