造船专业化生产单元模型及其作业安排优化
Research on Cellular Manufacturing Model and Production Plan Optimum in Shipbuilding
【摘要】 组建成组生产单元 ,实行中间产品的专业化生产是以中间产品为导向的现代造船模式的特征。在一定的生产计划期内 ,生产单元内中间产品的生产 ,通过成组、优化 ,采取批量生产的方式 ,以一定的节奏连续均衡地生产。研究了选择合理的生产节奏 ,保证生产单元作业的均衡性及降低其生产成本。建立了生产单元的作业安排数学模型 ,并应用遗传算法进行求解 ,得到了在满足资源限制条件下的成本最小的生产节奏 ,并实现了资源利用的均衡性 ,从而可以制订出合理的单元生产作业计划。
【Abstract】 In a plan period, interim product is produced by batch method through grouping and optimization in manufacturing cell. Continuous and balanced production is kept in a reasonable rhythm. In this paper, the method selecting reasonable production rhythm is studied to keep balancing of production and to reduce production cost. Mathematical model of cellular manufacturing production arrangement is built up. Genetic algorithm is used to obtain optimum production rhythm which satisfies resource limitation and balanced resource utilization. A reasonable production plan can be made for cellular manufacturing.
