白腐菌对甘蔗渣木质纤维的降解及其影响因子(Ⅲ)——愈创木酚对木质纤维不同组分降解的影响

【摘要】 愈创木酚对蔗渣生物降解的影响与其在培养基中的浓度有密切关系,浓度太高会对降解有抑制作用,而在一定的范围内,适量的愈创木酚则会对降解有促进作用,愈创木酚加入量与其影响的过程不是呈简单的线性关系。纤维素和半纤维素的降解量基本和愈创木酚的加入量没有明显的关系,而术素降解量则与加入愈创木酚的量直接相关。愈创木酚的加入,对本素的阶段性降解规律没有影响。
【Abstract】 Effect of guaiacol on degradation of bagasse lignocellulosics was closely related with its concentration in the culture medium.Higher concentration of guaiacol threw the inhibition effect on the degradation process,however,in certain concentration range,its promo-tion effect was found,but no linear relation between concentration of guaiacol and degradation amounts of bagasse lignocellulosics was dis-covered in the experiment. Basically the degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose was not affected by guaiacol.
